100 grams of red cooked beans
30 g of chocolate protein powder
10 g of cocoa powder
1/2- 1 cup of water (or plant milk)
1/3 packet (4 grams) of baking powder
1 TSP of flax/chia/hamp seeds + 3 TSP of water
+
remains coconut from homemade coconut milk(or 20 g of shraded coconut + 10 g oat --> cook into a coconut oatmeal)
vanilla extract
Blend cooked beans with water until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Cover with a mixture of coconut with vanilla extract or coconut oatmeal.
Bake in preheated oven 1 hour 200°C.
