Plum cake with a chocolate flour

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of oat flour (57 g.)
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/2 packet baking soda (15 g)
250 g. greek yoghurt
4 plums
+3 on a top




-> First blend your oats to flour texture with a protein powder and baking soda. Next blend 4 plums (can more or less, if you want to) to a pyre and combine with yoghurt. Then pour the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
As soon as the pastry is in a baking form, top with 6 plum´s halves and bake for 30-45 min in the preheated oven at 200°C and let it cool down.
