Base:
2 eggs
1/2 a cup of oat flour
1 cup of grated coconut
6 big carrots
2 TbS of greek yoghurt
an apple
cinnamon

Frosting:
500 g. of greek yoghurt
an apple (blend into a pyre)
1 a 1/2 TsP lemon juice
1 TbS coconut oil

Whip the eggs with greek yoghurt. Blend all the carrot and an apple in a blander and add to a bowl with whipped eggs. Slowly add 1 and 1/2 cup of coconut and oat flour. Don´t forget on cinnamon or you will have to spinkle in on a top after putiing to a form as I did. 
Bake for 40 mins in preheated oven for 200°C.

After becoming cooler he base, it is time for making a frosting. Mix a yoghurt, apple pyre, lemon juice and warm coconut oil until it´s combined. Pour the base and let it harden over a night or at least 5 hours.
