Pear curdcheese cake -eng

Pastry:

1 cup oat flour

1 cup water
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder or a cocoa powder (add some sweetener if you want to, but it is not necessary, couse the pears are really sweet.)
1 egg


Filling:

125 g of curd cheese or cottage cheese

200 g greek yoghurt
1 a 1/2 a pear
+ the second half to a top



    Mix an egg with a cup of water and slowly add oat flour. Let it be for a few minutes. Then add chocolate protein powder or some cocoa powder and bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes 200°C.

    During baking the pastry, mix all ingredients for filling in a blender until it is nice and smooth.
    Cut the one half of pear to slices and decorate your filling, which you had poured to the pastry. Bake together for 40 minutes and switch off an oven. After turning off let the cake in an oven! If you take it out just after baking, the filling falls down to an unsightly bubble.
